Pete Cashmore is an inspiration to me as he is a young man making a living by doing something he enjoys and is passionate about as I am passionate about mobile marketing. He made this life possible through founding and continually growing Mashable which is a key player when it comes to social, mobile and technical news and I would love to emulate his success. More importantly though he is Scottish which I can imagine helped him when networking and having meetings in America as we all know the Scottish accent is loved by all over the pond.When I saw the article in the New York Times about him and how he has gone from a north east town(Banchory) in Scotland to living the high life in New York, I was very pleased for him aswell as setting my own ambitions on where I want to get to.
